With us, you have 14 days to change your mind. It is the right of withdrawal! The DYG Louis site is a professional site which respects consumer law.

Unlike Vinted or Vestiaire Collective, here we accept returns and those within 14 days!

The time limit and how it is calculated

You have 14 days.

The 14-day count begins on the day following the delivery date of your order.

We are talking about calendar days, but if the deadline ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, it will be extended until the next working day.

The delivery day is determined from the parcel tracking established by the carrier.

Return shipping method

To be refunded, you must return the item within 15 days of the day you told us your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal.

The parcel must have a tracking number.

You will bear the cost of returning the Item (s), unless there is a commercial arrangement with the site.

Repayment

You will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase.

In addition to the purchase price of the item, DYG Louis will also reimburse the purchaser for shipping costs.

Once the refund has been accepted, please allow 4/5 days of interbank delay depending on your payment method.

Limitations to reimbursement

DYG Louis may defer the reimbursement until the date of effective recovery of the goods.

For the return to be accepted, the authentication and tamper-evident label must be retained and intact.

The item must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging, with the receipt, invoice and all accessories: boxes, ribbons, booklets, labels, protections, etc.

If your return does not meet the above conditions, DYG Louis may however accept a refund, but may charge a wear penalty.
